On today’s episode of “Things I Don’t Want to Do,” #1, design THIS website for our NEW business, The Barnyard Bistro Food Truck….

Getting this business rolling (see what I did there???) has actually been a long time coming. We bought the food trailer in Florida, drove it home and refurbished it in our spare time. And, when I say “our,” I mean my 77 year old father who knows how busy I am, but still manages to find more “projects” for me. Anyway, I have background in the catering business/restaurant management, so putting these qualifications on wheels shouldn’t have been too difficult….right? Well, after three years of ups, downs and sideways… the Barnyard Bistro Food Truck is ready to roll!

The idea behind the Barnyard Bistro has always been to provide quality Farm Fresh Foods on the Move; which we kept in mind when designing the menu (heavy on the meats, light on the sweets). What you WILL find is some of the freshest-tasting burgers, chicken quesadillas, soups & stews on four wheels…wait…or is it six wheels. Well…. however many wheels we have, I promise good (and good-for-you) food!
